Yeah, we were open a few days and I realized we need a whole lot more. We knew we didnt put a sign up in the stores that we were building out. If people are coming to ask you what to do, after theyve been with you a while, they know whats supposed to be done, thats at least passive rebellion. And John, I dont remember. I went home and I thought about it. Well so its possible. And then implement it, youre investing before hand. But when I first started out with this, that was my fourth principle because they said this, Sustainable for us means at least this, dont lose money. They want to be able to be across thousands of units that you go in and you get what you said but its not a bad experience. Amazing. And so I wanted everybody to get rewarded. Wait, wait, yes. Or have you built such differentiated value propositions, such a well-branded company that competing with you would take longer or cost more money than simply buying you? So people that move up or they move down the levels, I filter everything through that.
